The company has a wide spread branch network in Uganda and offers various products including; Civil Servant Loans, Logbook Finance Loans, Small and Medium Enterprise Loans and Private Sector loans among others.
Job details:
To grow the portfolio month on month while maintaining high quality by onboarding a motivated team to work with and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve portfolio growth and quality targets.
- Design and execute marketing and sales plans that drive individual, team, and business unit performance.
- Lead recruitment efforts to build a dynamic, target-driven sales team aligned with growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee regular training and capability development for the sales team.
- Develop and implement staff retention strategies to foster engagement and reduce turnover.
- Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring adherence to the company’s customer service charter.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- 5 Years proven experience in sales leadership and team development.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
